About me

I am 33 years old and I know what I want from my life. My mission is to help my children, family, friends and colleagues to become better and more effective thanks to principles I have experienced, collected and developed throughout my whole life.

I was born in one of the most beautiful cities in the World - Saint Petersburg, Russia. It helped me receive a good education and learn to think critically.

At 20 I understood that my destiny is to work with people. I like to develop trust in a team and achieve high goals together.

For the last 7 years, I have worked in the IT area. I worked in different positions and I always found the right instruments to do my work well.

Experience

I don’t fear risks and difficulties. I like to take responsibility for a team, for a product, for a company.

I have a wide range of experience in many roles like Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery manager and Team Leader. I developed projects from scratch where I created teams and forged great relationships with clients. I recovered projects from critical situations into projects with big futures.

Most of my clients have come back to me again to find help with their ideas or problems. For me, a team is not just a simple word. I built teams that were filled full of trust. Each teammate does everything they can to make things work for each other more easily and effectively. For that result, I spent a lot of time creating my personal instruments for building a team.

Also, my managing skills are strong enough to work through all hard conditions. I can give and receive all kinds of feedback, without any negative consequences for everyone. I can build trust and motivate a whole team. I have a powerful empathy skill that helps me feel the level of the resource condition of each people around me.

This project was released in 2020. In the beginning of 2020 we received app on Xamarin technology that was pretty worse. And we as partners decided that if we want to go in better future, so we need to have native apps for iOS and for Android. On this project we did next things:

I have the instruments to organise a very effective work process in a team. I control the motivation of each teammate. I use AGILE principles for improving work processes that are more suited for a concrete team.

I always understand the main goal of the work done by a company. And as a Project manager, I do everything to reach this goal. I take responsibility for that goal. I solve all issues from the start to finish of the project.

As a manager, I work between a team, a company, and stakeholders. One of the goals of a manager is to balance interests between those sides. Without the business development of each side, this goal will fail. I work on internal business processes and also I work on relationships with clients.

I analyze all inbox data or human behavior. I try to find the main problem that does not lay on the surface. The decisions are based on several sources and my personal experience. I always try to find an answer to the question "Why?".

I want to always improve my skills. To reach this goal I should always analyze my actions in the past. I should find new areas to improve. I use this skill not only for myself, but I use it for a team too.

The main instrument of a manager is "words". Those words should be said aloud with the correct message. I have a lot of experience finding the right words for concrete people. I can maintain dialogue with all types of people in different roles.

Scrum/Agile management

Scrum or AGILE is a standard of work in the 21st century. I have worked with them for the last 7 years in different areas. Not only in the IT area. Even more, I change these methodologies for a company and for a team for better results.

Coaching

I use coaching as an instrument to manage human resources. As a manager, I understand that the end result mostly depends on my team. So I should coach them to reach results that will better all expectations.

Negotiation

This is a part of work and life. I always try to negotiate a win-win story for everyone. I know when I should say "No" in a negotiation. I can guard the interests of a company, a team and a client.

Proactivity

This is a part of me. One of my principles is to do everything I can to reach my goal. If I do not reach that goal, I will not have regrets, because I've done all I can. However, even here I will analyze what I've done, and next time I will be better.
